It's been such an eventful time in my family's life!  My dear older sister Michelle got engaged last year and now her wedding is just around the corner next month!  I've had the privilege of being her maid of honor and my main responsibility was throwing her bridal shower.  I'm not going to lie, I spent countless hours prepping for this party and being the perfectionist I am, I wanted everything to run smoothly and look awesome!Inspired by the all the fun ideas on Pinterest and other creative blogs, I had my work cut out for me.  I decided since my sister is a espresso fiend...specifically a Starbucks junkie...I wanted to incorporate a coffee bar along with some tasty desserts to snack on. My lovely sister Marissa was a big help with the baking, along with my mom, who made the cookies and cake pops. Marissa made the cutest cupcakes that looked like mini Frappaccinos and we adorned them with custom made Starbucks logo sleeves that added the perfect touch!  One of my favorite parts of the shower was having specialized M&M's that not only said "Marcus and Michelle," but also had photos of them printed right on the M&M!  Michelle definitely got a kick out of that! Other handmade details include the "Bride to Be" sign, the spray painted gold vases, tissue paper pom poms and the beautiful flower arrangements (made by one of the bridesmaid's moms...BIG thanks!).
