Shooting a maternity session was such wonderful way to celebrate love on Valentines Day this year!  Celebrating the love between a married couple and the love of their expected child is really special and I'm so happy I got to photograph this part of my sister and brother-in-law's journey together.  I've said it before and I'll say it again; pregnancy is just such a beautiful thing.  My sister would probably disagree with that statement after all the "morning" sickness she's experienced and the major change to her body, but as her little sister, I just admire her so much.  Just look at her...she's so beautiful!  She opted for a whimsical look, wearing an adorable flower crown which worked so nicely with the field we shot at in the Calaveras Hills in Milpitas.  The sun was hitting the hills just perfectly and made the shoot look so magical. Her baby bump is still small, but growing day by day.I'm so happy for her and her husband Marcus and I am just so anxious to meet their baby boy in May.  This is will be not only the first nephew in our family, but the first grandchild!  For my parents who raised all girls, this will be a fun change for them to have a boy in the family. I can't wait to be an aunt!  Plus I'm really looking forward to shooting some awesome newborn shots!  ;-)
