Spring Maternity Shoot at Wild Hearts Farm

I was so excited when I heard from Lindsay telling me she was pregnant! I had such a wonderful time last summer shooting her and Florian’s beautiful wedding in Ellensburg. It was dreamy, and relaxed and they were just so easy to work with! Naturally I was thrilled to work with them again to document their pregnancy. Inspired by the changing of the season, Lindsay opted for a fresh, spring look. I thought Wild Hearts Farm would be the perfect spot to combine the clean, floral inspiration with a little rain cover, just in case! Wild Hearts offers this adorable little glass, white house that has just enough space for portraits and plenty of light for us natural light photographers. I think it worked out great! Though it didn’t rain, it was definitely a chilly morning, so the extra coverage was a plus. We had our share of giggles and luckily got their 18-month-old son to give some us some sweet smiles. I can’t wait to meet their baby Sophie soon!
